3DS data-only authentication object

The 3DS data-only authentication object is the data of the issuing.3ds.data_only_received webhook. A merchant sends a data-only authentication (merchant challenge indicator 06) to share authentication data without requesting a cardholder challenge, so no 3DS attempt is created.
