Cancel a held check

POST/transfers/checks/{check_transfer_id}/hold-cancel

Abandon a check in a hold state. A held check holds no funds, so nothing is released — the check is simply never printed or mailed. An issued check requires a stop payment instead.

An optional reviewer comment recorded with the approval or rejection when the held transfer requires approval. Ignored for holds that do not require approval.
