Simulate step-up retrieve methods

Simulate Visa's retrieve step-up methods callback for a sandbox card token. Returns the SMS and email methods available from the cardholder's contact info, or an empty list when none is on file, and records them on the token so a later send passcode call can resolve the selected method.
